Never mind the squid eating dough - what about the bats? A short while ago there was a fuss in the papers about the possible health risks (benefits?) of low energy lightbulbs - evidently they give off U.V and contain mercury which might poison somebody if one gets broken. Well that's not all they give off...here's a short piece I hurriedly splurged together some time ago (yes, I know lots of the stuff on this blog is old - I'll get up to date in the end) of ultrasound from our low carbon gewgaws.
